This is an internal blog post from our IT Manager...a friend suggested sharing it...so here you go....enjoy!

In today’s tough job market, first impressions are more important than ever.

Candidates spend hours honing their Resumes to ensure that they come across as skilled, relevant and professional.

For some who struggle to get to interview stage, the answer may lie in their in-box or, more precisely, their email address...

In a routine review of its extensive candidate database, we were slightly surprised to find that it had royalty on its books - 1685 princesses to be precise, including (addresses hidden to protect privacy) -

·         daddyslitprincess88@xx.com,

·         ice-princess31@xx.com and

·         lil_naughty_princess690@xx.com.

There was also one faker in the form of

·         playingprincess@xx.com but, not to be messed with was

·         d_real_princess@xx.com.

Conversely, the database was also found to contain 1206 devils, together with

·         devil_of_the_world@xx.com and, bringing some balance to the event, was

·         devil_on_both_shoulders@xx.com.

The devil demographic was broad, including

·         hornylittleshedevil84@xx.com and

·         bighornydevil666@xx.com.

Not backwards in coming forwards, were our contingent of sexy candidates.

·         bornsexy2000@xx.com had a clear advantage from an early age, with

·         im_really_sexy@xx.com going for the subtle approach.

·         sexysoccergirlie11@xx.com introduced sport into the equation to try and give herself the edge.

Disappointingly, the male sex gods did not stack up well with only 18 on the books. However, goddesses did better with 290 being registered.

·         tattooedgoddess@xx.com painted a picture, whilst

·         lesbianlovegoddess@xx.com left less to the imagination!

More honest, perhaps, were

·         the 230 lazy people (including little_miss_lazy@xx.com),

·         the 60 smelly people (smelly.john@xx.com) and

·         the 106 ugly people - although at least one was as_ugly_as_you@xx.com.

From the 181 "maniacs",

·         maniac_marshmallow_man@xx.com was one that created some intrigue.

Rounding off the list were those who went all out to impress.

·         big****karlie@xx.co.uk and

·         big****@xx.com left little to the imagination (although I am reluctant to publicise their assets!).

In the modern world of electronic communication and social media, there is much a recruiter and prospective employer can learn about a candidate - and that might not be so explicit in their Resume.

The savvy candidate might consider registering a separate email address for their job hunting, and keeping their

·         vampire_slaying@xx.com for a more appropriate occasion.

If you are seeking any of the above, or are instead just looking for quality candidates, CareerBoard’s candidate Resume database is the place to search - www.careerboard.com
